About 50 years ago, George Stephan, an employee Weber Brothers Metal works, to work daily welding metal buoys for the coast guard. When he went home he loved, however, shines its open fixed cooking grate and cook for her family. As he roasted, he would believe that there must be a better way to roast than on flat, open surface of his grill frame. Then he had an idea that would forever change the process of broiling food. George Stephan welded his passion for roasting food with its flexible welding career.
